1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
TymPeace offers FREE delivery across South Africa on all orders.
Orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. We aim for 3–5 working days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant delivery information.
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. TymPeace cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your timepiece.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Returns that show signs of use, damage or alteration may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. WARRANTY
Every timepiece includes a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance, normal wear and tear, scratches, broken glass, straps or bracelets, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
If you experience an issue with your timepiece during the warranty period, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the timepiece and advise on the appropriate solution.
Please Note: TymPeace reserves the right to inspect and assess all warranty claims before approving a repair, replacement or other remedy.
